Regatta Start Boat, Kaïsso Kaïa, is a beautiful 63 ft, traditional wooden ‘Pinisi’ ketch, built of teak, ironwood and bangkirai in the island of Pulau Bonerate, southern Sulawesi, Indonesia in 1999 b y the Konjo boat builders. It was thoroughly renovated in 2006 in Phuket, Thailand.
